Three Rivers Spas extends this limited warranty to the original purchaser of any of it's PREMIUM Series Spas when purchased from an authorized dealer or service provider.

Five Year Surface Warranty

Three Rivers Spas warrants the acrylic surface of the PREMIUM Series portable spa to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the delivery date of the spa. Additionally, the acrylic surface material is warranted not to blister, crack, de-laminate or leak for a period of five years. (repair or replacement)

Three Year Equipment Warranty

Three Rivers Spas warrants the Electronic Control, Pumps and Heater of the PREMIUM Series portable spa to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the delivery date of the spa. (parts and labor)

Three Year Plumbing Warranty

Three Rivers Spas warrants the Plumbing and Related Fittings of the PREMIUM Series portable spa to be free from leaks caused by defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the delivery date of the spa. (parts and labor)

Three Year Cabinet Warranty

Most real estate agents acknowledge that homes advertised with a hot tub will generate more inquires and sell more quickly than a similar home without a portable hot tub.

One Year Component Warranty

Three Rivers Spas warrants all factory installed components and systems including LED Light, Ozonator, Skimmer, Jet Internals, Air Controls and Head Cushions to be free from defects for a period of one year from the installation date.

Warranty Registration

In order to validate this warranty, the original retail purchaser must complete the WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD and send it in to:

Warranty registration card must be received by Three Rivers Spas no later than 15 days after the retail purchase date of
the spa.

Limited Warranty
This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser only, and is non-transferable. The warranty will begin on the date the spa is delivered and will be terminated upon any transfer of ownership.

In order to obtain the benefit of this warranty, the spa owner must notify an authorized Three Rivers Spa dealer of the problem or warranty claim within 15 days from the time the problem is discovered. Warranty Performance
Three Rivers Spas agrees to repair any plumbing or surface defects and to repair or furnish a replacement for any factory installed components covered under this warranty which, upon test and examination by Three Rivers Spas, prove to be defective. All materials for examination must be returned to Three Rivers Spas pre-paid. Replacement parts, including LED Bulbs, Air Controls, Jet Internals and Skimmer plates must be returned to the authorized Three Rivers Spas dealer for replacement. The Three Rivers Spas dealer reserves the right to assess travel charges for service calls which are outside the scope of their normal service area. Three Rivers Spas does not warrant replacement filter cartridges. In the event that it is necessary to remove the spa from the residential premises to repair or replace warranted items, any and all costs of spa removal and replacement including but not limited to damages to landscaping, decking, fencing, structural alterations or any costs related to obtaining access to the spa are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

Limitations
This warranty is void if the spa is used or installed in a commercial application or if any component is modified, altered or misused or abused in any way. This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper water chemistry, alterations, act of God, misuse and abuse or addition of any accessory not approved by Three Rivers Spas. In order to qualify for this warranty, the spa must be installed and maintained according to the directions provided in the Three Rivers Spas Owner's Manual and serviced only by an authorized Three Rivers Spas service technician. Such misuse and abuse shall include but not be limited to the following:
  1. Damage to the spa surface caused by leaving the spa uncovered and empty of water or covering the spa with a plastic film of any kind.
  2. Damage caused by operating the spa water temperature outside the range of 34° F to 120° F.
  3. Damage or fading/staining of the spa surface by using abrasive cleaners, unapproved sanitizers and/or impacting or scratching the spa surface with a hard object.
